*This worksheet is included in Establishing a Sense of Self: A Workbook Designed to Make You More Powerful

Whose thoughts and opinions actually matter to you?

Part of having a strong sense of self is having the ability to discern whose input is valuable to you and whose isn’t. It’s very often that we put too much significance into the thoughts and feelings of people who shouldn’t have an effect on us. If someone is not doing what you’re doing on a daily basis, or if they are not in the position you are striving to be in, then their input about your sense of self matters very little. People who actually have the traits/success that you aspire to have will have a better chance of giving you input that is productive.

This alignment worksheet will help you explore input, feedback, and influence you should actually accept to establish a stronger sense of self. This worksheet explores numerous areas of your life and can be used as many times as needed.
