This document is a "no-contact plan" that you can fill out, reuse, and revisit every time you need it. This plan outlines the steps to successfully remain in no-contact in a very clear, concise way. The purpose of this worksheet is to provide clarity and prepare you for maintaining no contact. This worksheet encourages concious decision-making and self-exploration.

Instructions for use:

  • Read through the prompts, in order, and either answer them in your head or write them down (it is highly encouraged to write them down).

  • Refer back to this plan every time you feel the desire to break no-contact
